Winner!

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! (No, actually, winner winner Mizunos! But, it doesn't quite have the same ring to it.)

(I meant to post this yesterday, but I was busy. Whoops! Sorry for the delay.  I'm sure you're all waiting with baited breath to find out who gets the Mezamashii invite and with it the Mizunos.)

I had more than 50 entries to get the invitation to the Mezamashii run project and a pair of free shoes that come with it (I got texts, emails, comments on the previous blog entry, facebook comments and facebook messages, sadly no carrier pigeons).  People want free shoes.  So, I decided to write all the names down on post-its and draw a name at random, the Mezamashii site says "Invite the Worthy," and in my eyes, you're all worthy of free new shoes, but unfortunately there can only be one winner.  And, since I didn't want to seem biased (actually I couldn't just decide on a winner, too hard, this was the best option), I had a coworker pick the name out for me.
